A warm, hands-on 3-hour class: make fresh fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisù, then eat it all with wine. Available in English or Italian, steps from the Arena.

Come for the pasta, stay for the people. A shared table where travellers meet, cook and make friends.

Ristorante Rubiani, next to the Verona Arena

Three hours, one long table and a little flour everywhere.

You’ll start with a glass of welcome Prosecco, then roll up your sleeves and make fresh fettuccine and delicate ravioli from scratch, mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping it all by hand.

You’ll also whisk up authentic Italian tiramisù: the real recipe, no shortcuts. Then comes the best part: sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made with local wine. You’ll also get all the recipes so you can make every dish again at home.

  • Water & local wine
  • Fresh fettuccine
  • Handmade ravioli
  • Homemade tiramisù
  • All the recipes, so you can recreate every dish at home

How the class unfolds

From the first glass of Prosecco to the last spoon of tiramisù, here’s how the class flows.

  1. A warm welcome

You arrive and we greet you with a chilled glass of Prosecco while the group gathers.

Two glasses of Prosecco in front of the stone wall, with pink roses in a vase
  2. The class begins

Once everyone has arrived, your chef starts the hands-on session.

  3. Make the tiramisù

First you prepare authentic tiramisù from scratch, so it can chill while you cook.

  4. Roll fresh pasta by hand

Next, fresh pasta from scratch: fettuccine first, then delicate ravioli.

Smiling guests hold up the sheets of fresh pasta they have just rolled
  5. Sit back with a glass of wine

Take your seat at the shared table, served red or white wine, or a non-alcoholic drink.

  6. Eat what you made

Your pasta is cooked in the kitchen and served to you: fettuccine first, then ravioli.

  7. Finish with your tiramisù

To end, the tiramisù you made earlier, now perfectly set.
